Cardinia Shire Council is encouraging artists and arts groups to apply for the Arts and Culture Small Change Grant.
It is the first year the grants have been available.
The Arts and Culture Small Change Grant provides financial assistance to artists and arts groups, for initiatives that utilise, expand and promote the arts within Cardinia shire.
Grants will be provided on a one off basis, matched dollar for dollar, to a maximum of $1000.
Applications open Monday 16 February and close on Friday 17 April.
