It offers 10 reformer beds, with up to nine classes on weekdays and several classes on Saturdays and Sundays.

Having strong core muscles promotes better posture, which in turn, can prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up in our day to day routines.

To the core Pilates have five qualified and lovely instructors to guide you throughout every class. Each day is a different instructor, offering four types of classes, being Align (beginner) Dynamic (intermediate), Strength and Sweat (Advanced) and a mums and bubs class.
