WE’VE all seen those emails with tattoos with spelling mistakes and horrible drawings – Tattoo Nightmares on 7mate is the moving image version of this.
It’s car crash TV. Clients come in to get bad tattoos fixed by talented artists who say they can cover up anything.
The dramatic change is amazing, and shows off the talent of the tattoo artists, but what truly gets the viewer in is the horrible re-enactments of how these people get those horrible tattoos.
Last week there was a young girl who walked into the store hoping to get a tattoo below her belly button covered up.
The word DESTROY had “destroyed” her relationship with her new fiancé who couldn’t get past the meaning behind the tattoo.
Roll the corny re-enactment.
Not only was the story itself cringeworthy, she’d dated a man with a rather large… ahem, personality and thought that it would impress him.
Although she never saw Mr Personality again, she was left with a constant reminder of him – and her fiance just couldn’t handle it anymore and abandoned ship.
The final result looked amazing, with the word covered up to be a beautiful butterfly, but whether her fiancé came back is still unknown.
