Only the middle lane is open citybound on the Pakenham Bypass just after Clyde Road following a serious collision.
Motorists are advised to exit the citybound lanes of Pakenham Bypass as early as possible and use the Princes Highway to avoid delays.
Emergency services are on site, all lanes will open as soon as it safe to do so.
