OUTBOUND traffic along the Pakenham Bypass was brought to a standstill on Tuesday morning after a truck’s hydraulic system broke and leaked fluid for 600 metres. Police blocked off one lane along the bypass between Stevensons and Officer South roads for three hours while the spill was cleared away.
