They’ve got personality

TWO brother and sister teams enjoyed success in this year’s Junior Show Personality Competition.
Caleb Ross, who was joint-winner of the 10-13-year-old section, was joined by younger sister Zhimei Ross, second in the four to six group.
It was Caleb’s second win – he also won his age group last year.
Jakem Lippis got second in the seven to nines, while his sister Aleisha won the four to six section.
Also keeping it in the family was Kimberley Jones, winner of the seven to nine group. Kimberly’s mother Marlene Jones said she also entered show personality competitions in her youth.
Judges were Star News Group journalists Bridget Brady and Kelly Yates, along with Priceline cosmetic artist Leanne Duiker.
“We were looking for vibrant personalities, confidence and that x-factor,” Ms Yates said.
Ms Brady asked each entrant a few questions, including where they went to school, what they liked to do and what they wanted to be when they grew up.
The winning girls were awarded with Priceline pamper packs, while the boys were given Priceline vouchers.
