THE proposed Special Charge Scheme for Dixons and Beazley Roads in Cardinia will not go ahead following a backlash from residents.
The majority of responses from a questionnaire indicated that the property owners were not in favour of sealing the road as a part of a scheme.
A letter will be sent to affected property owners.
