FOUR-time Golden Guitar nominee Aleyce Simmonds will strum her way into the Nar Nar Goon Hotel this weekend for a live performance.
Backed by her band, the star with the guitars will be at the Goon on Saturday May 31 from 8pm.
Simmonds is no stranger to country music audiences, the four-time Golden Guitar nominee, rose to prominence in 2005 after winning the Telstra Road to Tamworth competition. Since then she has delivered number-one singles, hit videos and toured extensively with artists from all ends of the country music spectrum.
Hers has been an old-school country music journey – complete with successes and failures, broken hearts and even physical adversity.
Her latest album ‘Believe’ is a musical culmination of all these experiences; an authentic and emotive summing up of the story so far.
The young writer sounds mature beyond her years and will wow audiences with her ability to take listeners on a journey of their own.
