The 9700 HSS wrapper is designed to dramatically speed up the wrapping process, resulting in the contractor/farmer getting better value for money by saving both time and labor.
The bale is perfectly balanced on the turntable because of the positioning of the dispensers at 180 degrees to each other.
This allows the operator to wrap at maximum speed without the risk of pulling the bale, while still ensuring the film is applied evenly across the bale and optimum stretch is achieved.
The Conor Twin Dispenser Wrapper has many advantages but most importantly it cuts wrapping time in half.
A bale can be carried on the load arm while a bale is being wrapped and can also carry six rolls of film, enough for approximately 180 bales.
A simple lever adjustment is all that is required to return to wrapping with one roll of film.
Available in semi-auto joystick and fully electronic automatic versions, the operator has total control over the speed of wrapping.
