HUNDREDS of Cardinia Shire residents with the Christmas spirit gathered at Toomuc Reserve for Pakenham Carols by Candlelight on Saturday 13 December. The crowd was entertained by the Cardinia Civic Concert Band who played some classic Christmas tunes, accompanied by a community choir, for the shire’s biggest sing-along for the year. The night was rounded out with a colourful fireworks display.
