CITY of Casey mayor Mick Morland will be on hand to present several awards at the Berwick Show this weekend. As a major supporter of the Berwick and District Agricultural and Horicultural Society event, the council sponsors several exhibit competitions in the fields of wool, sheep, craft, art, photography and cooking. Show assistant secretary Margaret Boon said the council was a significant part of the show’s history. The show is on this Saturday and Sunday at Akoonah Park.
