Lock-up call as thieves make hay

POLICE have renewed calls for drivers to lock up their cars amid a rising number of credit card frauds.
Acting Senior Sergeant Graeme Stanley said thieves preying on unlocked cars were snatching credits cards and spending up big.
“Tap-and-go is making it particularly easy,” he said.
Police have reminded drivers it is an offence to leave their car unlocked.
