A 23-year-old Officer man will appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today after Homicide Squad detectives yesterday afternoon charged him with the murder of Raymond Parker in January.
Mr Parker’s body was found by a friend inside his Bayles home on Kooweerup-Longwarry Road around 2.20pm on 13 January.
Dean Brooks appeared before an out of sessions hearing yesterday afternoon and has been charged with one count of murder.
