THE Pakenham Little Athletics Club’s (PLAC) second last competition morning proved the little athletes are really coming into their own, with many personal bests (PBs) achieved.
As more records fell the excitement of the athletes was palpable. All age groups excelled in their events, enjoying one of the last times they would be with their friends until next season.
With the final week looming all the young – and young at heart – are looking forward to the jumping castle this week, that has become part of the annual tradition of the last competition morning of the season.
The coaches are planning a fun-filled training session for the final run, on Tuesday, as well.
The Presentation/AGM details are on the PLAC website – an RSVP event only on Saturday, 2 May from 11am.
The cross country season commences in May.
