That was the theme which had legs racing and hearts pumping at a school holiday event in Gembrook last week.
Hula hoops were a favourite at the free Let’s Get Moving event, alongside other ball skill games and plant making activities.
The Cardinia Shire Council-led program at JAC Russell Reserve was designed to link families with local parks and reserves to promote physical activity, healthy eating and social connection.
