THE centenary of the Gallipoli landings saw different sections of our community commemorate the event in different ways.
From the sombre ceremonies in the pre-dawn gloom of Anzac Day, to a sea of poppies at Berwick Secondary College, the anniversary was recognised across all generations.
Huge crowds turned out on Saturday morning for remembrance services in every town in the district.
