LOOKING through Jacqueline Lock’s portfolio, it is easy to see why her photography is so widely celebrated.
The Pakenham mum runs her own photography business and recently took out an award at the 2015 Epson AIPP Professional Photographer of the Year Awards.
Her passion lies in vintage photography.
Pictures of couples in vintage clothing, expressive portraits and tasteful boudoir photographs all feature in Jacqueline’s portfolio.
‘Derriere Pinup Photography offers clients the opportunity to be styled in 40s and 50s clothing, have their make-up down and pose for a series of vintage style shots.
“I spent a number of years photographing weddings, which I loved, but there’s so much variety involved with pinup photography.”
She also offers family portraiture, wedding photography, dance photography, event photography and food photography through her business Jacqueline Lock Photography. A versatile photographer, she captures the emotion and occasion of every event.
Jacqueline says her craft is a creative outlet.
“Getting dressed up and into character and having photos done really allows people to express themselves,” she said.
“I love working with clients and being able to provide them with that opportunity. Plus it’s great fun.”
She works with a number of other businesses to create outstanding images for her customers.
