THE Berwick Secondary College community will have to wait and see if serial upskirter Marinko Jankovic ever sees jail time for his crimes against children.
The 61-year-old former teacher, right, who filmed up the skirts of students with a camera disguised as a pen, was jailed for six months, but walked from court after lodging an appeal.
