COMPLAINTS are a part of life.
We all learn to brush them off and move on.
So when Colin from Cockatoo called up Star News Group with a complaint we were ready to hear it.
His complaint brightened our day.
“You’re not charging enough,” he said.
“The Pakenham Gazette should be $2!”
He particularly loved the sports section and The Guide.
