LOVELY local ladies brought some colour to the inner suburbs as part of a recent cancer fund-raising initiative.
The Inner Wheel club of Pakenham along with other Inner Wheel clubs and community volunteers manned the Daffodil Day booths set up around Chadstone Shopping Centre from Thursday 27 August until Sunday 30 August.
Cancer Council merchandise was sold to raise money for research efforts.
The Inner Wheel Club of Pakenham said the public was very generous, sharing many personal stories behind their donation to the cancer research funding.
It is a proud initiative supported annually by the Inner Wheel Club.
