On form for footy

The most recent Pakenham East Probus meeting was footy themed.

TRUE blue pies and sausage rolls were served as a starter for the Pakenham East Probus Club’s recent footy themed meeting.
Members wore their team’s gear – hat, scarves and jumpers – to celebrate the occasion.
Graeme Begg MC’d the event which included football related questions.
His wife Loris was the time keeper while Barry Hodge was on high alert keeping score.
The Collingwood team was declared the winner by a small margin.
It led to a protest which is still being looked into, according to publicity officer Joan Lewis who said the event included a lot of laughs and healthy competition.
