Home credit crunch

POLICE are investigating after a credit card stolen from a Pakenham home was used at several shops throughout the Cardinia Shire.
It’s believed the thieves broke into a car in the Manna Gum Drive garage and stole house keys from inside, before using them to enter the adjoining house, sometime between 9pm on Tuesday 1 March and 7.30am on Wednesday 2 March.
Once inside, the thieves then stole computer equipment, a remote control for the garage, more keys, and a credit card.
The credit card has since been used at several retail outlets in Pakenham, Officer and Beaconsfield.
