TWO people found inside an allegedly stolen car filled with drugs were charged by police as they passed through Upper Beaconsfield last week.
The pair, a 28-year-old Springvale man and 21-year-old Frankston woman, were travelling along Beaconsfield-Emerald Road in the stolen car when they were picked up by police about 3.30am on Wednesday 27 April.
They were each charged with possession of amphetamines and handling stolen goods.
The Springvale man was additionally charged with stealing the 2015 Mazda 3.
Police alleged the vehicle was stolen from a Frankston address in March.
