Truck-car smash: one hospitalised, traffic banks up

TWO people were assessed by paramedics and one was hospitalised after a truck-car smash in Beaconsfield this afternoon.
Paramedics were called to the scene after 3.30pm on Monday 6 June following reports of the smash on the Old Princes Highway outside Beaconsfield Primary School.
Ambulance Victoria was unable to confirm the age of those treated following the collision in the reduced speed school zone.
One person was taken to Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition.
The collision has caused significant traffic delays.
