THE Rotary Club of Pakenham dispensed with its regular Tuesday night meeting schedule last week to taste the district’s culinary delights.
Various food and hospitality outlets were invited to display their wares in a concept devised by new club member Caz Walsh.
Rotary members and guests were delighted at the turnout as they sampled the delights from the likes of Lakeside Mill, the Great Australian Bakehouse, Garfield Country Style Meats and sipped on the offerings of Peppermint Ridge Farm, Three Troupers Brewery, Barefoot Wines and Summer Snow juice.
Culinary young gun Jake Kellie from Lakeside Mill offered himself up as a raffle prize on the night – cooking for up to eight people in their own home.
