POLICE are seeking any witnesses who may have seen a man smashing the front window of the Lakeside Boulevard cafe in Pakenham on Thursday 9 June at 4am.
The man was caught on CCTV using a tomahawk to smash all the front windows of the cafe before leaving the scene.
During the attack, the man was captured by the cameras wearing a wearing a black plastic bag over his head with holes cut out for his eyes.
Police are also looking to speak to another man who was seen near the cafe about an hour before the attack, who was wearing a black top, light-coloured pants and a dark short-brimmed bucket hat.
