Victim robbed at knifepoint in his car

IT was barely dark when a man was held up at knifepoint in his own car in Pakenham.
Police said the unsuspecting 29-year-old Pakenham man was parked in Acacia Court, Pakenham, when two men surrounded his car about 6.30pm on Saturday 10 September.
Armed with a knife, one of the men opened up the victim’s front passenger seat door, sat inside and began making demands for the victim’s wallet.
The other man is thought to have remained outside the car, keeping a lookout for potential witnesses.
Police said the armed offender was pointing the knife at the victim who handed over his wallet.
The knife-wielding offender got out of the car, and the victim sped off without injury.
The victim described the armed offender as being aged in his mid-twenties to early thirties, with short black hair. The other man was described as being aged in his early twenties.
