ON MONDAY 8 August, at “Viale” restaurant, Pakenham, District Chairman Lynne Davine inducted Margaret Macdonald as the new president of the Inner Wheel Club Of Pakenham.
Margaret will lead the club for the next 12 months with help from her new committee, taking over from outgoing president Sue Blenkhorn.
Sue and her committee had a very successful past year.
Many fund-raising and friendship events were held and some new members were welcomed.
If any women would like to become a member of this great organisation, they meet on the first Thursday of the month at the RSL clubrooms, Pakenham at 7pm.
