Sophie May Cann, late of Avonsleigh, died on Saturday 23 September, aged 18 after a courageous battle against overwhelming injuries.
Sophie was a greatly loved daughter of Warren and Denise and adored sister to Michael, Isaac and William.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Sophie on Friday 6 October in the Cumulus Stratus Reflection Space at Bunurong Memorial Park, 790 Frankston Dandenong Road, Dandenong South at 11.30am.
No flowers by request, in memory of Sophie donations to support the Menzies Creek CFA would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available on the day or donations can be arranged via The Sophie May Cann Facebook page.
