Cardinia CIU is investigating an attempted burglary in Emerald.
The incident occurred at an address on Leighton Avenue at about 3pm on 19 February.
Police have released a description of a male who they believe can assist with their enquiries.
They are looking to speak to a Caucasian male, approximately 30 years of age, under 183 centimetres, approximately 80 kilograms and wearing a yellow high visibility singlet and dark blue ‘Gilligan’ style hat.
