Two outbound lanes are closed on the Monash Freeway between Stud Road and Heatherton Road, due to emergency works.
The lanes will remain closed through the morning on the bridge over Dandenong Creek after works.
There is currently a 40km/h speed limit through this section, delays are expected.
The entry ramp from Stud Rd onto the Monash Freeway is also closed outbound.
Motorists are advised to use the Heatherton Road entry ramp outbound.
