Is there someone you know who has impressed you with their community spirit?
Are they committed to doing their bit to making Victoria a better place to live?
Perhaps you should nominate them for a Victorian Regional Achievement & Community Award.
Started in 2002, these awards are designed to encourage, acknowledge and reward the valuable contributions that individuals, communities and businesses make throughout regional and rural Victoria.
The 2018 awards will launch on Wednesday 2 May, beginning a state-wide search for local contributors who are making a real difference in their communities.
Among the categories open for nominations are: Prime Super Agricultural Innovation Award; Prime Super Employer Excellence in Aged Care Award; Regional Development Victoria Business Achievement Award; Regional Development Victoria Leadership and Innovation Award; Parks Victoria Environmental Sustainability Award; Ricoh Australia Customer Service Award; Henry Carus & Associates and Life Activities Clubs Victoria Senior Achievement Award; Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning Diversity and Inclusion Award.
Great prizes are up for grabs from Bank of Melbourne and PRIME7, plus every individual or group nominated will receive a certificate of achievement.
