Police are searching for missing Drouin West man Scott Markworth.
The 34-year-old was last seen at Drouin Railway Station catching a city-bound train about midday on Thursday 12 July.
Fears are held for the missing man, as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Scott is described as about 185-190cm tall with a slim build and shoulder-length wavy brown hair.
He was wearing a dark blue cardigan, tan-coloured hooded jumper, black skinny leg jeans and black sneakers when last seen.
It is believed Scott frequents the Southbank and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Scott in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
