Pakenham teen in fatal crash

A Pakenham teenager has died after his Holden Commodore veered off the road and ploughed into a tree in Nar Nar Goon on Tuesday afternoon.

The 19-year-old was travelling along Bessie Creek Road at about 5.30pm when he lost control and crashed.

He was the sole occupant of the car and sadly could not be revived.

Investigations into the cause of the crash have commenced.

It brings the state’s road toll to 128 for the year.
