Charity art exhibition

Ira Turner’s exhibition ‘Officer – A Celebration of the Way We Were’, featuring her entirely original oil paintings of the region before housing developments took over, is kicking off later this month. The opening night will be held on Friday 28 September at Officer Public Hall on Tivendale Road at 7pm, with an official opening by Councillor Brett Owen at 7.30pm. The exhibition will then be open from Saturday 29 September through to Tuesday 2 October, with all proceeds to the Thailand Rescue Mission.

Craft Women Altogether

Craft Women Altogether (formally Country Women’s Association Berwick Branch) are having a street stall outside Westpac Bank on High Street Berwick on Thursday 11 October, 9am – 1pm. All proceeds are going to ‘Casey North Community and Information Support Services, Narre Warren’ for their important work they do in the community.

Trivia Night

A fun night out for all ages: bring your food and drinks, but most importantly bring your trivia brain. Silent auctions galore where many go for less than their value! This is a fundraising night for Casey Choir. Book a table or just book a ticket or two. Bookings are essential on 0403 012 453.
