Police located drug paraphernalia, a baseball bat and a sleeping man inside a stolen vehicle in a McDonalds carpark.
Casey police were patrolling around Berwick when they noticed a white Nissan Pathfinder with its lights on in the carpark.
The plates did not match the description of the vehicle, and checks revealed the car had been stolen during a burglary.
A 23-year-old man was taken into custody, charged and bailed to appear before a magistrate.
