A vehicle was detected travelling at 150km/h in a 90km/h zone in Kooweerup on Friday 23 October.
Officers from Cardinia Highway Patrol intercepted the Holden Statesman on Kooweerup Road.
The driver told police he was delivering a pizza and claimed to be fatigued from working long hours.
His vehicle was impounded on the spot and he will face the Magistrate at a later date.
