There was a fun vibe in the air at the grand opening of Lifestyle Kaduna Park’s new clubhouse.
Crowds of homeowners – and prospective homeowners – flocked to Lifestyle Kaduna Park on Saturday 27 February to experience the new facility.
It includes state-of-the-art facilities like an indoor heated pool and spa, a fully equipped gym, a beautiful open lounge and kitchen area, a library and private 30-seat cinema for resort-style living at its best.
The clubhouse will cater to many different activities for homeowners, from Happy Hours to movie nights, according to Lifestyle Communities’ project marketing coordinator Georgie Read.
Outside, the clubhouse features a bowling green, pickleball court and croquet lawn.
A community bus and electric car are there for the service of users.
A dog park will soon be completed, so even our four-legged friends can get in on the fun.
The opening was “absolutely pumping” according to Ms Read, with well over 100 people attending.
“We were really rapt with it,” she said.
“The community spirit was definitely there on Saturday, the energy in the room was electric. It showcased the best of what Lifestyle Kaduna Park has to offer.”
Ms Read said just 75 percent of Lifestyle Kaduna Park has been sold already, with only 44 homes remaining.
She urged prospective buyers to “get in quick” to be part of the “sense of community” that characterises Lifestyle Kaduna Park.
