Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I am a flexitarian.

What are you most passionate about?

I see so many victims of crime. I am quite passionate in the crime prevention field I work in advising people how not to be victims especially where the vulnerable are preyed upon.

What do you love about what you do?

Having such variety, meeting people, passing on knowledge….and saving lives.

Who is the best person you’ve worked with?

In another life time I worked with Joe, a retired shearer. He was “salt of the earth” and told many many interesting stories and experiences he had travelling the country.

What is your most memorable moment?

Witnessing the birth of my children.

What would your last meal be?

Roast lamb like my mother use to cook.

What was your favourite subject in school?

Biology, I was intrigued about the working of the human body and I still am.

What event past or present would you like to witness?

Victory Day – The end of WWII. I think the happiness and relief to the world would have been so enormous.

Which three guests, dead or alive, would you invite to dinner?

Albert Einstein. Robin Williams and Queen Elizabeth II but during her earlier reign.

What are you currently listening to, watching or reading?

Listening to Spotify’s Best Music of All Time playlist. Reading The Flaired Black Skirt – an authors first novel of her funny quirky experience starting in the funeral business.

How would you describe your fashion sense?

Now, pretty good. Many years ago I owned a pair of orange flared jeans….I seldom wore them. Nowadays newest fashions need to grow on me. I still like my 25 year old Levi denim jacket.

Have you had a pet that has made an impact on your life?

Yes. At 20 years of age I was given a German Shephard pup, Roxanne. She was a great companion and into my marriage she was basically our first baby. She nurtured my love for dogs that is still strong. Her passing was one of the saddest days of my life.

If you had to compete on MasterChef, what dish would you cook?

Pancakes. Fluffy, with ice cream and caramel/banana mash sauce or decadent fruit compote.

Where is your dream holiday destination?

I have never been to the countryside of France and Italy, they look awesome on movies so it would have to be there.

What were you like as a kid?

I was never home, always out on adventure. I would be out of the house by 8am and home for dinner. Without parents knowledge sometimes 30km away on my bike down a beach somewhere. I also loved fishing and hunting.

What is your favourite colour and why?

Green. I love green eyes.

Do you consider yourself an extrovert or an introvert?

I think I am a retiring extrovert although friends and family might think otherwise.
