A barnstorming 10-goal final quarter has boosted reigning-premier Inverloch-Kongwak to a 19.17(131) to 4.3(27) thumping of Kooweerup at Inverloch.

Minus their big-three recruits – Dale Alanis, Josh Bateman and Blake Peach – the Demons would have been satisfied with their efforts at three-quarter time; holding the dangerous Sea Eagles to nine goals and trailing by 37 points.

But, 30 minutes later it was a different story.

The Sea Eagles clicked masterfully into gear, booting 10.8 to 0.1 in the final term to totally spiflicate their opponents.

The inclusion of Paul Pattison has added significantly to the Eagles this season, and he kicked three, joining Toby Mahoney and Dylan Clark on that mark.

Nick Baltas and Taite Cumming slotted two each for the winners, while class acts such as Ethan Park and Will Hams enjoyed the dominance of Marcus Toussaint in the ruck.

Xavier Hughes continues to thrive with some big jobs in defence, while Tom Hams was also effective; chiming in with a major from the back half.

The Sea Eagles head to Garfield this week for a clash with the undefeated Stars, while Kooweerup face a second daunting trip on the trot when the Demons head to Nar Nar Goon.
