It’s the Pakenham equivalent of the search for the owner of the glass slipper in the Cinderella fairytale.
Pakenham Police are looking for the owner of a “gorgeous engagement ring” found abandoned on a footpath near Pakenham Hills Primary School.
A very honest community member handed the diamond ring in to officers at the Pakenham Police Station.
Police will require a detailed description or a photo of the owner wearing the ring, before they can return the ring to its rightful owner.
