Everyone will want one

PAKENHAM C-Grade skipper Terry Smith, who took 3/8 against Tooradin, won the EMERALD Cricket Club’s Head Wobbler award, which is fast gaining traction throughout the association. After winning the award, Smith said on the Pakenham Facebook page; “That’s how good I am… I win awards from other clubs.”

The boys of the EMERALD G Grade side started a new award earlier in the year – ‘The Head Wobbler’. Much in the same vein as Triple M footy, the award goes to the player most happy with his performance on a Saturday. When asked how they went, they tend to mention their starts first before anything else.
