THE Casey-Cardinia region’s best businesses celebrated their success at D’Angelo’s Estate Winery in Officer last week.
The overall and category winners of the inaugural Casey Cardinia Business Awards were invited, along with event sponsors.
New Cardinia and Casey mayors Leticia Wilmot and Mick Morland welcomed the guests and acknowledged their contribution.
Cr Wilmot was particularly taken up by the story circulating about Business of the Year Highview Accounting Services from Cranbourne, who took all staff out to lunch to toast the success and dividing the prizemoney between them all.
Highview also took out the Business and Professional Services category and the Environmental category.
Other winners were JD Propagation (Agriculture and Primary Industries), SJD Homes (Trades and Construction), Mercedes Benz Berwick (Retail), Outlook (Social Enterprise), Kinders Together (Health, Education and Well Being), Helping Hand Is Here (Home Based), Australian Precision Technologies (Manufacturing), Priority Training Group (New Business), Moonlit Sanctuary (Hospitality and Tourism) and MP Talent (Judges’ Recognition).
