A WOMEN-ONLY club in Berwick recently elected its new committee members for the coming term.
The Ladies Probus Club of Berwick unanimously elected Chantell Fisher as president of the club for the year starting in March.
Other committee members include Jean Lyon, Pearl Coles, Ellen Gratton, Gael Barden, Monica Spiteri, Ann Lee, Chantell Fisher, Jan MacDonald, Lina Sarro, Joy Sellars and Judy Colfield.
Ms Fisher admitted she is looking forward to the challenge of leading the vibrant club for another term.
She reiterated that the club, which has been operating for 30 years, is based on fellowship, friendship and fun, and hoped the membership would continue to grow.
It currently boasts 70 members.
