DEALS didn’t get any sweeter than that offered at Toomah Community Centre in Pakenham last week.
Caffeine loving locals were tempted with the offer of a free muffin with their coffees.
Better still, the proceeds from the coffee were to be donated to the Cancer Council as part of the Biggest Morning Tea event on Thursday 28 May.
Lots of mums turned out to the charity event to catch up with friends over a warm cuppa or coffee at the newly opened community centre’s On Track Cafe.
Toomah Community Centre is a $6.8 million facility jointly funded by Cardinia Shire Council, Windermere Child and Family Services and the Victorian Government.
