Four arrested in drive-by shooting

SHOTGUN pellets aimed at a Pakenham home were recovered by police who later arrested four males, including two youths, in relation to the alleged drive-by shooting.
On Tuesday 30 June about 8pm, police received reports of gunfire outside a home on Duncan Drive, Pakenham.
Police alleged a group of Pakenham males, aged 15, 17, 20 and 21, were involved in an altercation at the house earlier in the day and returned to the site, shooting at the property.
Police recovered a number of pellets, believed to have been shot from a single firearm, near the property’s fence.
It is believed a man and his two adult children were inside the home at the time of the alleged drive-by shooting.
Police executed a warrant for the arrest of the male youths who were released with drug and weapons charges pending.
