KIDS enjoying the last of their school holidays flocked to Racing.com Park on Thursday 21 January for the Cardinia Shire Kids Night Out.
Rides and games as well as a jumping castle, petting zoo and face painting put smiles on the faces of all who attended, and a special appearance from Wally the Wombat delighted kids of all ages.
But the highlight of the afternoon was a series of children’s running races, with the winner of each category taking home a brand new bike.
Just as fierce was the competition on the track. Winners on the day were Nordic Noir, Seaburge, Cerutty, Mostert, Bella Capri, Ballinaclash, Top Me Up and Tranquil Miss.
The next meet at Tynong will be the Bet365 Twilight Series, held on 28 January.
