BERWICK residents feasted on pizza last week as Coles’ largest ever sampling tour arrived in Melbourne’s south-east.
Passersby were encouraged to try free slices of the Ultimate Pizza Range from the Coles food truck and rate the taste.
The Coles food truck plans to give 300,000 Australians the opportunity to try popular products from the Coles Brand range as it travels to metropolitan and regional towns in each state and territory.
The truck has so far handed out more than 70,000 free samples across Victoria.
Coles marketing director George Dymond was excited for locals to try delicious pizza varieties this week.
“Coles is asking Berwick residents to vote with their taste buds on Coles Brand products. We know Australians love pizza, and we’re so confident in the taste and quality of our Coles Brand Ultimate range that we want to share it with as many people as possible,” he said.
“Coles Ultimate Pizza Range features four classic flavours with some exciting twists, all on a rustic stone-baked base.
“We believe they are a step up in the frozen pizza category and our customers will love the taste and price.”
The food truck visited Berwick between 10am and 5pm on Wednesday 11 January and is set to make more than 20 stops during its tour of Victoria.
