What is something people don’t know about you?
As a kid I was crack shot with my slingshot. Anything within 20 metres, I nailed.

What was your most memorable moment?
Drowning very young.

What’s the best thing about working at the Lang Lang Golf Club?
The members. Not only are they playing partners, but I’ve made good friendships and life mates.

What is your favourite book?
Ice station by Matthew Riley.

What’s the funniest thing you have seen or heard on a golf course?
I swam out to collect balls from the golf dam and got attacked ‘hard’ by a duck. He was flapping on me and carrying on. Funny for some, not for me.

At school I……
Was waiting for 3pm daily.

If I was PM for a day I ….
Would make national conscription compulsory for all 18 year olds. Turn Aussie boys into men.

Which six dinner guests, dead or alive, would you invite to dinner?
Les Grossman, Jesus, Jim Morrison, my Great Grandfather, The Rock and my fiancee – I would need her there.

What is your favourite holiday spot in Australia?
Fraser Island.

Best concert you have been to?
The Angels at the Gold Coast. They said no rules; go crazy. I did and got kicked out.
