A vehicle was spotted on fire by a nearby resident on Ryan Road at the intersection of Bald Hill Road in Pakenham on May 2.
The stolen Holden Commodore from Rowville was attended to by police and CFA at about 11.30pm.
No one was harmed and police are appealing for any witnesses.
